Pros
Autonomy, room to grow, team and individual recognition. This organization sets high standards and expects the same of its employees. Come on board bringing your A game or go home!
Cons
It's not easy living in San Diego. Having lived in SD for 5+ years, you get used to the pacific beaches, breezes and bar/restaurant scene, as well as the multitude of parks, hiking trails, and other things to do. So unless you're making $80K+, be prepared to rent a room out of someone's home or share an apartment. The 'sun tax' is steep but yes, it's worth it.
