The environment is liberal, people are friendly.

They don't care for their employees at all and the management is pathetic. They are big liars and will keep you in the loop to hang on for promotions, and salary- which is your basic right as an employee and they also don't give out any official paperwork- like offer letters or experience letters. Just emails. Wish I saw glassdoor reviews before applying to this scam company.

The culture is unmatched and respect from MD to analyst level is fantastic

I would say the pay could be better
