▪︎ Engineers and technicians were not provided with project-based incentives, which reduced motivation despite heavy technical contributions. ▪︎ There were no holiday benefits or appreciation packages during festive periods like Christmas and New Year. ▪︎ Staff welfare was not treated as a priority, with limited attention to employee well-being and satisfaction. ▪︎ Projects frequently suffered from poor planning, leading to inefficiencies, delays, and unnecessary pressure on staff. ▪︎ Promotions were often influenced by favoritism rather than based on performance, competence, or measurable results. ▪︎ Little or room for employee feedback.
