Pros

Good pantry with snacks and good choice of drinks (this is the only think that warrant that 1 star) 13th month salary (AWS) is given but not guaranteed

Cons

No health insurance of any form Low medical coverage Inflexible working hours (forget about working from home even if needed unless u are part of management team) Late lunch 1.45pm for everyone No bonus, they will make it as if getting your AWS is your bonus (they will probably tell you there is one but in reality there is none, if you try to keep asking, you will get same repeated answer "depends on your performance") Management doesn't trust you at all to an extent where they will check for attendance daily, scanning your fingerprint is a must to log your daily attendance (back to school?) All feedback will eventually mark the employee as a troublemaker 3 months' notice period if you want to leave but the company will only give you 1 month notice to ask you to leave, under Singapore's MOM employment act state this should be the same? HR will tell you that they follow MOM guideline which as you can read above is totally untrue. Low annual leave (12 days). In general, they will try to give you the bare minimum they can give possible.

Pros

The staff at the company is incredibly supportive, everyone is eager to step in and lend a hand if needed, and the company is indeed very open about its aims, strengths, and potential growth areas.

Cons

There aren't any cons at all; the salary is excellent.

Pros

There are still a lot to learn in this company in-term of personal career growth.

Cons

Not all employees willing to share. Mid managers lack of managing experiences and confidence to make right decision. A lot of missed communication with top management due to missed guided instruction by mid managers.
