The owner of SmartPayroll Solutions is a working manager, very involved with day-to-day operations. She promotes a learning environment, encouraging staff to grow, continue their education, and stay relevant in the fields of payroll, HR, business administration and marketing. She also encourages us to think outside of the box and to use our creativity to help make things happen. I feel I have grown tremendously since I began working with SmartPayoll Solutions, approximately 3 years ago.
Cons
SmartPayroll Solutions is rapidly growing and becoming a leader in the payroll industry. With that growth, we have experienced some growing pains, but we've managed to turn them into learning experiences.
