Whole lot of politics - Software Engineer SmartQ Employee Review

Management is very bad. They don't care a inch about employees. Complete blame game. People who don't know anything themselves will judge your code. They will make fun of your code. I mean I am fine if you are some mike tyson of coding world, but you are not, so accept it and stop backbiting your colleagues. CEO is very very arrogant. Very easy problem they are trying to solve. But if you are planning to join then please beware of few colleagues who don't know anything but pretend to be master.
