Smartrise Products fill a necessary void in Elevator Modernization. They provide an Open System that can be modified to interface with existing elevator systems. Their Machine Room or Machine Room Controllers for Hydraulic and Traction elevators can Fulfill the need required for Elevator installers, large OEM's that may not want to use their own controllers for modernization. The support approach is effective.
Cons
The Owners are unsophisticated for the size of the growing company. They have continue to lose excellent talented people do to a rush to judgement and juvenile handling of employees. It is the opinion of most former employees that this could be their fatal flaw.
