Pros
- Offers remote opportunity
- Nothing else
Cons
Okay, I am too lazy to type everything out, but here are a few:
- Family driven company, so unless you are a family or family friend, your opinions dont matter
- Always under the heat of bringing money from client - and their clients run away too
- The CEO is not open minded and blames their employees by pointing the gun on HRs head
- HR doesn't love logic, any logical discussion is pointless
- You are tracked, every movement
- The office attendant receives more pay than a fresher from college doing more work. Why? No one knows!
- Terrible in terms of project retention and growing clients
- Burnt tremendous cash in ambitious in-house projects, which have failed
- No PF
- Company not registered, I guess
- No health insurance
- Working even on Independence day and other holidays!!
The list is endless!!
Okay, I am tired - you get the sense that it is not right to join. Oh btw, they will hide it on your salary slip - that the salary is based on the amount of hours you are working - and you cannot work more hours if there is no project - and if there is no project, almost everyone from the company is fired, except a few dear ones!
