All managers are a great laugh and genuinely care about the performance and growth of their teams ,whether that be sales or post sales like myself, The recruiting team consists of genuine care from Fred and Charlotte that makes you feel wanted by the company

Cons

Can be stressful at later moments in the month due to targets but that's the same in any other company

Supportive colleagues and a positive working atmosphere. Opportunity to learn and develop skills, especially for new starters. Team culture is generally motivating and there is good energy on the sales floor when things are going well.

Cons

Incentives are primarily focused on front-line sales roles, which can make it feel like contributions from non-sales positions are less recognised. It would be beneficial to see a more balanced approach to rewarding the wider team. Additionally, clearer structure around salary reviews and progression would be appreciated, as I have been here for nearly three years without a formal review.

Pros

I joined as a Principal Consultant and found the role both challenging and rewarding. The work is engaging, with plenty of opportunity to make a real impact and work alongside talented colleagues. The culture encourages ownership and professional growth, which I really value at this stage in my career. A special mention to Fred, who was outstanding throughout the recruitment process. He was transparent, supportive, and genuinely invested in making sure the role was the right fit for me. It made a big difference and set a great first impression of the company.

Cons

Like many fast-paced environments, priorities can shift quickly, which may not suit everyone. Some processes are still evolving, but that also comes with the opportunity to shape how things are done.
