Great company to work for! They offer excellent flexibility, including hybrid working arrangements, which really supports a healthy work-life balance. The lifestyle policies are very employee-focused, making it easier to manage both personal and professional commitments. On top of that, the management team is outstanding—supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in their people. Highly recommend!

The only area for improvement would be the systems, which could be more efficient and user-friendly. Aside from that, everything else works really well.
