You feel heard Not much of micromanagement, you're in charge of your work Enlightened CEO interested in what other people have to say, free of ego and power games A lot of freedom and trust put into employees (unlimited HO, no need to bring papers from doctors to prove you went to a consulting room, hospital etc) Most of the people on the team are really cool and down to earth. There's very little personal drama A little budget for self-development

The team at Smartlook is simply amazing. There's no strict hierarchy, nor process heavy tasks. Everything is well coordinated and streamlined to revolutionize analytics with Smartlook. The team loves what they're working on and startup style makes office days fun and engaging.
