Everyone's collaborative and it's a real pleasure working alongside them day-to-day. Sure, it's a fast-growing startup, so there's always plenty to do, things to think through, implement, and ship. But honestly, that's part of what makes it great. There's never a dull moment, and you feel like you're building something meaningful every single day.

      Cons

      You need to have strong adaptability skills and be ready to rethink and rewrite what's already in place. Being accountable for your ideas is essential. You own them, and you need to be prepared to evolve them as the business priorities shift. It's demanding, but it keeps you sharp and forces you to think critically about the decisions you make.       Pros

      After one year in the company, I can confidently say that I feel genuinely valued, both as a professional and as a person. The environment is challenging, but in a positive way: expectations are clear, the pace is stimulating, and you can clearly see the impact of your work on the business. There is a strong sense of ownership and trust, and good performance is recognized. It’s a place where you’re encouraged to grow, take responsibility, and continuously improve, while working with smart and motivated people.

      Cons

      Nothing major to point out. The pressure can be high at times, but it really depends on how you manage it. There are periods where you might work longer hours, yet without really feeling like you are “working,” thanks to the level of ownership and engagement.

      - lots of visibility due high volume smb - young team

      Cons

      - more C2B than B2B - small clients - ratio outbound work > client work (70:30) - less learning about common sales skills (MEDDPIC ect.) and sales tools
