I would give this company zero stars if I could. Management is completely disconnected from reality, with no clear direction, no culture, and no real leadership. All three markets operate in silos, never communicating with each other, leading to constant confusion and inefficiency. Managers cancel catch-ups last minute because they’re never prepared, and you’ll never have a proper written 1-on-1. They aren’t actual leaders—just messengers for the unrealistic and chaotic ideas from above. They have no people skills and offer no real support or development. To make things worse, employees are pressured to leave positive Glassdoor reviews to cover up the toxic work environment. The reality? High turnover, no transparency, and an overall demoralizing place to work. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

After one year in the company, I can confidently say that I feel genuinely valued, both as a professional and as a person. The environment is challenging, but in a positive way: expectations are clear, the pace is stimulating, and you can clearly see the impact of your work on the business. There is a strong sense of ownership and trust, and good performance is recognized. It’s a place where you’re encouraged to grow, take responsibility, and continuously improve, while working with smart and motivated people.

Cons

Nothing major to point out. The pressure can be high at times, but it really depends on how you manage it. There are periods where you might work longer hours, yet without really feeling like you are “working,” thanks to the level of ownership and engagement.

- lots of visibility due high volume smb - young team

Cons

- more C2B than B2B - small clients - ratio outbound work > client work (70:30) - less learning about common sales skills (MEDDPIC ect.) and sales tools
