      The people are definitely the best part — collaborative, supportive, and genuinely fun to work with. The company embraces a fully remote setup, which gives a lot of flexibility and trust. Projects are stimulating and varied, often involving new challenges that keep the work fresh and rewarding. The atmosphere is open and friendly, making it easy to share ideas and learn from each other.

      Cons

      As in many startups, there’s a certain level of chaos. Priorities, technologies, and approaches can change quickly, and there aren’t always clearly established standards. This can be exciting for those who like variety, but sometimes it requires extra adaptability.

      Pros

      After one year in the company, I can confidently say that I feel genuinely valued, both as a professional and as a person. The environment is challenging, but in a positive way: expectations are clear, the pace is stimulating, and you can clearly see the impact of your work on the business. There is a strong sense of ownership and trust, and good performance is recognized. It’s a place where you’re encouraged to grow, take responsibility, and continuously improve, while working with smart and motivated people.

      Cons

      Nothing major to point out. The pressure can be high at times, but it really depends on how you manage it. There are periods where you might work longer hours, yet without really feeling like you are “working,” thanks to the level of ownership and engagement.

      - lots of visibility due high volume smb - young team

      Cons

      - more C2B than B2B - small clients - ratio outbound work > client work (70:30) - less learning about common sales skills (MEDDPIC ect.) and sales tools
