You get pretty flexible time off and good work/life balance when all the right people are in place. Lots of free/discounted products from VF brands.
Cons
This is speaking purely for the creative team and into the greater marketing team. I think Smartwool overall isn't a bad company, but specifically these teams are ran poorly. I've been here a little over a year and the entire team has churned due to poor leadership. Our projects are constantly last minute with zero clear direction. The women on the team get no career path and get harassed. I'm hoping that will clear as more people come forward, but as of now, I don't see a light at the end of the tunnel. It's unfortunate because we had a wonderful and talented team that really worked well together and every one of those people has since left due to lack of support from leadership.
