Pros

I have enjoyed a successful 20 plus year history in building and managing effective sales consulting organizations. I was looking for the Next Big Thing that would allow me to utilize all that I have learned over the years, with the passion and excitement that comes along with a new and growing company. After one meeting with the SmashFly leadership team, I new I had met my evangelistic match.. What I have seen in my short tenure here is an endless energy and passion to do everything we can to make this the best company with the best product and the best people. Employees here are all able to create and add value and affect change. I am actively engaged in a culture that is being created with a team that empowers us to: TRUST the people we work for; Have PRIDE in what we do; and ENJOY the people we work with. "A Great workplace is built through the day-to-day relationships that employees experience." SmashFly is that place.

Cons

We are growing at a frenetic pace. It isn't for everyone. You have to dive in the deep end and trust your team to catch you.So far so good. We are working on the total compensation package to include some of the benefits that seasoned larger companies are able to provide.

Pros

From the top down, this company is doing a great job of listening to its customers, appreciating its people and building toward another successful decade. Much of the typical growing pains with fast growth is handled well by the current leadership team and the future is as bullish as ever.

Cons

This company is the category creator and had to shrug off its initial growing pains. Things are moving quickly toward the innovation curve again, which means you need to be comfortable with change and getting things done while working across remote teams.

Pros

- Incredibly innovative and looking to serve the best needs of the clients at all times. - Couldn't ask for a more supportive or knowledgeable leadership team. They hire the best, put their trust in them and are completely open to new ideas and perspectives. - Fast-paced and challenging with the opportunity to wear many hats. Things are never ever dull here! - The team is incredibly supportive, so while you may face challenges, you will never feel that you are facing them alone. The shared vision and drive of the team here is amazing and a very rare find. - Team members are valued no matter where they sit or what their rank. With many people working remotely some companies can face dueling cultures between field and home office, but that is not the case here. Everyone is valued regardless of where they sit, how often they come into the office or where they might fall on a traditional org chart hierarchy. High levels of mutual respect and admiration among the team makes this possible.

Cons

- With such fast growth, resources can sometimes become strained, but with the supportive team environment we work together to tackle all challenges - We could use more opportunities to meet as a team/company. This can be very valuable but with limited time available to all getting together often can be tough. - There is always too much to do. Prioritization is key here.
