Awful Company and Management - Sales Associate Smiggle Employee Review

- Easy work - Co workers are great to work with - Management are great

- not much chance to grow within the company - not enough hours

Friendly atmosphere, lot of importance to child friendly workplace health and safety.

Blind eye to specialised masters IT degrees and prior SCM work experience which some of their retail assistants have from their past. Too much store politics and favouritism. Unequal expectations from newer and older employees at same level. “Drop and serve customers first” rule doesn’t apply to older employees, only expected out of newer employees even if they are doing multiple tasks. Intimidating way of telling mistakes which were made unknowingly. Makes you dull for the rest of the shift. Some older employees say they are fixing the back room but are actually not, just taking breaks, leaving you alone on the shop floor.
