Pros
The mission of Smile Source is vital in preserving independent dentistry and there is nothing this company will not do to help independent dentist thrive! New leadership took over at the end of 2020 and it has taken this organization to the next level. While the mission has stayed the same, more is being done now to advance it than ever before. The internal culture of the company has done a complete 180*. New leadership embraces suggestions and treats everyone equally. Money continuously is reinvested into the organization to provide services and benefits that can not be found anywhere else. I believe I will be with this company until the day I retire. I love this company!
Cons
I honestly can not think of any cons. If I had to state one, I would say I wish we could help even more independent dentist. Since we are invitation only, not every dentist is invited to join. However, it does allow us to work with the best of the best independent dentist across the country.
