Pros
When I worked full-time here a few years ago, this wound up being one of the healthiest/most-fun work places that provided a really solid work/life balance. The people that work here are amazing and gave me opportunities to try different things (producing, directing, pitching) while I was there. I felt very supported and respected during my time here.
They have decent benefits. 401K match, health insurance, and getting time off isn't difficult at all.
Cons
There is a ceiling you can hit here. It is, after all, YouTube. So for someone specifically in my position as a video editor, there is a limit to how much you can actually grow here. It's a great place to start, but the difficulty of the work doesn't go beyond "working fast/efficient" and learning how to time comedic moments.
