Pros
Makes very high quality work with strong talent. Company has a good reputation in the industry that is well earned. Company events are often very fun and the aesthetic of the office(s) is beautiful. Free lunch and an open kitchen stocked with groceries.
Cons
HR department isn't properly defined and often employees did not feel like they were protected. Former and current employees often mentioned having their time and skills taken advantage of without proper compensation - base line you're usually expected to work at least a 10 hour day, but often you're working more than that as well as on the weekends and through/ on holidays. A bit stuck in old school advertising, and while the experience can be good there's no real room for growth here.
