Cons

-Toxic work culture that erodes morale and motivation -Compensation well below industry standards for the level of responsibility -Unsustainable workloads that lead to burnout -Unpaid overtime is expected, with little to no acknowledgment or appreciation -Rampant gossip, creating a hostile and distrustful atmosphere -Obvious favoritism toward select individuals, resulting in unfair treatment -No opportunities for growth or advancement, leaving employees stagnant Bottom line: Avoid this workplace if you value your time, energy, and mental health.

Pros

Make own hours. Work life balance was pretty fair. Couldn't ask for anything better than that.

Cons

I can't really say too much about them, since I was a consultant.
