Small company but good place to start your career.

I did not see any kind of pros in SnD Confrere.

The worst company of my life where there is toxic work environment where management does not have the courtesy to talk to the intern. The employer always demotivated me. If a candidate is placed on an internship, he gets the work done even on Sundays and when it comes to paying stipend, the company does not give the full stipend. I worked as an intern for 20 days and the company gave only for 15 days stipend and did not give 5 days stipend. No one would want to work in such a company. The cons which I shared based on my true experience which I got here.
