Pros
The team work! No one at SnackNation ever says, "well, that's not really my job..." instead you hear, "I'm not sure what the answer is, but let's find it together."
Everyone throws him/herself into the melee when asked.
Leadership who sit right next to the people doing the work. The SVPs, VPs, and managers sit right in the middle of the action, and they aren't afraid to jump in when they need to (but they never do it in a condescending way--"yeah, yeah, it's just easier if I do it"...they stay out of the way, so you can get stuff done, but are there when you need 'em).
Lots of availability to learn the whole business if you want. You might be in Sales or Finance, but if you want to see how they do things at the warehouse, they'll send you there to see how it all works.
Also, the lunch and learns deal with current, provocative topics that relate to both business and personal interests. The sessions are conducted by both invited guests and on-site experts.
Finally, just the energy in the office (which is a direct reflection of SN leadership). The vivacity you feel when you walk in the door makes you want to give 150% (as everyone else is giving that, too). I never had a day where I didn't feel motivated with the all the "get-up-and-go" that exists regularly in the office.
Cons
I really can't think of any--at least that are not personal and don't belong in an anonymous review.
