This is my favorite workplace in the world and it honestly continues to get better everyday. We are treated with respect and are truly valued for our efforts and for just being ourselves. I have never been with a company that cares about our individual growth both personally and professionally. I feel this day in and day out and am honestly excited to come to work everyday. Cons
Starting pay is not ideal but if you put in the work and the effort, they make it so possible to grow. Also, I am pretty sure that the base salary is standard for SDR's across the board.
