      Great people, CEO genuinely listens and wants to get better, recent pivots have opened up exciting new markets, some real talent on the leadership team, great work/life balance

      Pivots mean some churn, company has struggled to understand technology to the degree it needs to to succeed (seems to be changing), some product confusion
