Joining Snackible as my first job after completing my Masters was a truly special experience. At first, the transition felt a little overwhelming, but thanks to my seniors who were extremely supportive and approachable, I quickly felt comfortable. Their guidance not only helped me gain confidence but also gave me valuable industry exposure. Over the course of 3.5 years, I had the chance to network with amazing people from the industry and build lasting professional relationships. The work environment was very friendly, collaborative, and motivating, which made each day at work enjoyable. I learned a great deal and thoroughly enjoyed being part of the company. 1) Sometimes the workload can feel heavy, which makes it a bit challenging to manage at times. 2) The expectations can be quite high, which may feel stressful occasionally. 3) There’s a lot to learn, but not always enough time to dive deep into everything.
