I have been in the business for a decade. I have worked with a lot of companies that change their pay structure. Snap never has. They are upfront and honest with their pay.

Its a faster growing company so at times there are some growing pains, but they always work themselves out.

A lot of the staff has been there a long time. On the sales side it is up to you to decide what you want out of it. They bring in their own leads which was nice and not having to chase my own leads. It gets a slower in the winter. Management is good and they have a good support staff compared to other businesses in the industry. Owner doesn't micro manage everyone, just works with the management.

Summers can get really really busy, they do a lot of work and at times the days can get long. You do have control over the amount of business you take on. I personally enjoy my summers and would rather work less 30-40 hours a week
