Pros

None. I have worked in the travels nurse industry for years and this is the worst, most unethical company I have ever been a part of.

Cons

As a travel nurse: -you won’t get paid on time and will have a hard time speaking to anyone. All your calls are routed to a call center in Atlanta. -your license is at stake as they will start you without the right credentials/missing credentials but send you to the assignment just so they can get paid -I’ve seen recruiters literally block calls and call nurses annoying -SnapNurse will have you working with NONE of your pay information entered correctly, resulting in late to NO pay As a SnapNurse Employee: -they will reel you in with a high salary and false promises, just to let you go weeks later with no explanation what so ever -I have heard live phone calls where the CEO cusses, yells and threatens to fire employees. This includes conference calls with other employees on the phone -Company is operating only to make executives money at the expense of letting go employees at anytime. I know the industry inside and out. DO NOT AFFILIATE YOURSELF WITH THIS COMPANY. Go with companies like Aya, KPG, AMN, etc. This goes for corporate employees and nurses.

Pros

Pay was pretty okay and remote work was nice

Cons

Very disorganized, and leadership is very disconnected from what the real issues are at the company. Lay offs left and right, and no real direction or vision. There is zero culture and no feeling of community or being part of a team. Everyone is worried about their job and only watching out for themselves. I highly recommend not working here, it’s toxic and there is no stability. Even if you make it several years, it’s impossible to actually grow in your career and learn because the direction and strategy changes constantly and they never let a plan see itself through.
