Dynamic and entrepreneurial place to work at. Great team that works very well together and enjoys the path to reaching the company and individual goals. Laid back, but professional atmosphere. There is lots of trust in each team member.
Cons
As with many fast-growing companies, sometimes the roles and functions could be better defined and departments could have better communication in terms of processes - but this challenge can be quite exciting as well if you look at it with a positive light.
