I love working with the team at SnapComms but then I am the CEO. The growth journey as a company, in our people and personally is both challenging but also a fantastic growth opportunity for us all.
Cons
Sometimes we run too fast and don't explain the "Why" behind decisions as well as we might. We are always working on improving this across the business and we completely recognize that awesome, committed, engaged people with a passion for learning and growth are the reason for our success so far. Every stage of our growth bring new challenges and opportunities which we embrace with gusto.
