- Remote work - Onboard / Operations Training given in the first two weeks - No overtime required - Growth to other career paths - Great Culture - Young staff with great ideas - Hard workers - Interviews include team opinions - Hybrid Office - Great Communication via Slack for business comms - Fun team building events - Great staff relationships - Extra leave days for working December - Personal days (Not part of annual leave) - Great HR

Cons

- Behind in market - No medical aid benefits - Full of Ideas but prioritize the wrong ideas first - Compliance is micromanaged - Internal promotions are a bit biased - Compliance does sales calls - Customer Support is expected to do other departments work - KPIs/SLAs are monitored in irrelevant departments, or do not exist. - Leave days are unfairly uneven across departments - Weekends are monitored in rotation by all Operations , Compliance and Customer Support staff who know minimal about each department which creates a lack of efficient and effective assistance to user/merchant queries - These above departments are on call for +-72 hours straight on weekends for system failures (You do not sleep) - Lack of consistent training over time and no time to read up on updates - Sick days and Me Days are taken advantage - Capacity in Customer Support is extremely low and not considered by higher up until the last minute - Leave is denied if capacity is low - Pay is extremely low across departments - Hiring is a slow process which affects capacity - SBSA lacks training on SnapScan product - You are verbally told you have unlimited leave, but untold that it is owed when you leave - Staff turnaround is high due to better salary offers elsewhere
