Pros

Working at Snapforms has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Great collaboration, innovation, and growth, where every team member's input is valued and encouraged. The leadership is transparent and supportive, always open to new ideas and providing the resources needed to succeed. The work environment is dynamic, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement. What stands out most is the genuine care for employees' well-being. The work-life balance is respected. It's a place where you can truly thrive, both personally and professionally, and I’m grateful to be part of such a forward-thinking and compassionate organization.

Cons

Pros

Engaging culture, amazing people, team retreats, conferences for professional development. Being remote is great for work-life balance and is accomodating for those with young families or unusual working hours. The work you do has a direct impact on the everyday usage of the product, it's incredibly rewarding to see. Plenty of interesting and engaging technical challenges to solve for real customers. Everyone is given a high level of autonomy in their work, have never once felt micromanaged or scrutinised. Feedback is always clear and expectations are well communicated.

Cons

While remote work offers a lot of flexibility, it might not be the best fit for everyone. Some people might find it challenging to stay motivated and productive.
