      Nothing Such as Pros in this Company

      Cons

      They won’t give you any incentives nor increase your salary and will make us to work more than 12 hours a day and no time for personal life and the timings will be from 8AM to 8PM and sometimes it even goes up to 9 as well. Will target you and will gossip negatively.

      I am lucky to be part of Snapminds, very supportive Managers, friendly colleages, satisfactory package, work life balance. What I believe is that when we work hard and loyal then we are growing along with the company.
