      Nothing is good for employee, it is only good to managers if they are close to owner

      Cons

      mostly 9-15 hours working, no weekend, management abuse the employee, they deduct the salary after reaching office late even you leave the office early morning next day, Any time they will ask you to resign after completing your project. threat the people not to give experience certificate after resigning, could not get my documents.

      I have learned a lot about new technology and new skills like Node. js or Backend Technologies I got the chance to work on many high-level projects in which I learned about security and much more.

      Cons

      I don't like working on Saturdays.
