Pros

I've been a part of Snipebridge for over 2 years , and I can confidently say that it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Right from day one, the growth opportunities, robust leadership, and remarkable teamwork have stood out in defining this company's ethos. Leadership at Snipebridge is both inspiring and approachable. The transparency they maintain is refreshing. They're not just leading from the sidelines; they're actively engaged and willing to collaborate. It's reassuring to work under leaders who value input and foster an environment where innovative ideas are encouraged. Their willingness to roll up their sleeves and dive into challenges alongside the team is commendable and speaks to their commitment. Teamwork is the backbone of this company and the as a whole has a growth mindset which has empowered me to continuously upskill and expand my knowledge base. It's refreshing to be part of an organization that genuinely cares about my career trajectory.

Cons

Let's keep it real – no company is immune to challenges. Just like any growing organization, we do face our fair share of hurdles. However, what sets us apart is our approach to these challenges – each one is seen as a chance to learn and evolve.

Pros

Teachable Leadership Room for growth Positive work environment Good work/personal life balance Occasional Travel

Cons

For me the cons were personal due to my background. I was active duty in the military before switching to corporate life. I did not like the office setting especially where I had to be at a desk and working on a computer. I’m use to working with my hands, moving around constantly, and engaging with people. I decided to leave to rejoin the military full time as military recruiter where I’m never in an office and constantly moving which I can say I absolutely love. They salary when I joined was $35k base plus commission and at the time did not have medical/dental insurance. But that’s because they were a start up which I’m sure they’ve included. The salary was a big factor for me to leave due to getting married soon and it being way less than what I’m making now as a Sergeant to include the military benefits of free medical and dental.
