Severe, overwhelming micromanagement. You have to look over your shoulder constantly to watch out for management who will belittle you and call you names. Management are liars and unprofessional and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I have had worse jobs but I have never worked for worse people. Snowline bids on oddball jobs that other companies would never touch. Work is scarce at times and I have seen many employees sent home due to a lack of work, not to mention the ones who get laid off for no work. You also need to be a part of the good old boy networking system here. If you're not friends with the right guys, your time here will be miserable. I would be surprised if they are still in business in 5 years.
