Cons
With a high growth company, change is inevitable especially as processes are modified to build to scale. Some people are not comfortable with change, and prefer the status quo. Others like being able to feel like they contribute to positive change and growth. In my experience, all levels of the organization have been asked to contribute to ideas and process development. Just something to consider if you are thinking of joining the company.
