      Pros

      Nice part of the country - great outdoor opportunities.

      Cons

      Terrible product line totally dependent on cheap far eastern components and labor. Insufficient product development, engineering, and testing. Management totally self serving and arrogant. They pumped up the EMS building per-pandemic, then dumped most of the workforce.

      Pros

      I loved working a SoClean. The atmosphere was amazing and collaboration is at an all time high.

      Cons

      Covid hit them hard and workforce downsizing occurred. Once this happened many people were wearing multiple hats which got to be very overwhelming.
