Pros

The team here is very innovative every aspect of their work, from how they approach taking care of their employees to new social strategy and web design. Not to mention, I was onboarded a thousand miles from the ones who were helping me learn the new company and culture and it was the smoothest transition into a new business I've ever had; they were organized, knew when to find balance between meeting new people, adjusting solo and providing the guidance. They're constantly asking questions on how they can improve themselves, they're aware and want to ensure diversity and focus on individual equity. The leadership fosters a culture for growth and is always transparent and helpful. On top of all that, every person on this team is so outgoing, supportive and really driving change in the world.

Cons

It's the same across all businesses, and truthfully it is getting better. But the only con I can possibly list is that it would be ideal to have more co-workers in a couple areas of the business. But these last few months they've been welcoming a couple new, wonderful team members every couple weeks. I appreciate their patience in wanting to find the right fit for our team.

Cons

Hard to think of any as a contractor, I had hoped to move into a full-time position but the opportunity never seemed to be available.

Pros

The mission and client work have potential, and there are good people throughout the company who genuinely care.

Cons

Leadership lacked clear direction, priorities changed constantly, and communication was inconsistent. Workloads were often unrealistic for below market pay, and there was little support or recognition for employees. Opportunities for growth felt limited, and compensation did not reflect the expectations placed on staff. Overall, it was a frustrating environment that made it difficult to succeed.
