Pros

-Individuals have a lot of room to grow in their positions. -You're surrounded by some super smart industry leaders. -Great clients to put on your resume. -Interesting work keeps every day interesting. -Very helpful, collaborative, and fun group of colleagues. -You are generally valued as an employee.

Cons

-Basic organizational aspects of this company do not exist...which surprise me for a company that has been around this long. -Layoffs. Be careful about when you join the company. -Contingency plans don't exist. -Crisis plans don't exist. -Transparency doesn't exist. -Should be beyond the startup mentality at this point in the game, but they are still trying to figure out their identity as a brand. -Disconnect between client-facing and customer-facing employees. -Haven't 100% figured out company culture (though they're much better than a lot of companies out there).

Pros

The leadership team is knowledgeable and transparent. My own manager is the main reason I joined the company - she is intelligent, supportive, and a great mentor. She takes the time to teach and guide, ensuring that our team not only understands the work but continues to develop and grow in our roles. The Project Management team is one of the strongest I've worked with - organized, proactive and truly supportive. They ensure deadlines are realistic, communication is clear and create a smooth workflow, allowing teams to focus on delivering their best work. The CEO is approachable and actively fosters a culture of openness. Regular open-door meetings provide employees with the opportunity to share their ideas and perspectives, reinforcing the company's commitment to listening and continuous improvement. The benefits and pay are competitive, with unlimited PTO, which further demonstrates their commitment to work-life balance. The company is focused on what it does best, with the right people in place, and clear role definitions. There's no confusion over responsibilities, and everyone is aligned and supportive. Overall, this company fosters a positive, professional, and employee-first culture. I felt welcomed and supported by every single person from the start - if you're looking for a workplace that values collaboration, respects work-life balance, and provides the right level of structure and support, this is an excellent place to be.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of right now.

Pros

Depending on your department, management is very supportive. There is a real sense of collaboration and team work. This is a good place to start your career. If you value work-life balance and a healthy work environment, this place has that.

Cons

If you are new to your field or just starting out this company is great. If you are experienced, this company just can't pay at the going rate. Most people seem to work here 3-5 years and then move on. If you are more concerned with money than work environment, this is not a good fit for you.
