Pros
Remote You help people Peers are great You learn a lot
Cons
High rank directives are work and emotionally abusive, they won't hesitate on telling you are stupid even though the orders of what you did came from them. High directives are not aligned in their goals and you might receive two complete different orders for the same task making it very difficult to feel you're doing a good gob because your bosses will never be happy with what you're doing. You will be working extra hours many times and they will not be paid or valued, deadlines exist but they are not respected, so you will constantly be in a rush.
