Pros

1. Crisis Management (as there is always shortage of resources/employees in the company. You might even get to write mail for tissue requirement in toilets) 2. You will become a night person (as the work given here is practically impossible to complete in 8 hours) 3. Flexible Lunch Hours (because there ain’t any. Bet you get time to have your food. Remember- work is important, food is not) 4. Finance Management (coz taking out money from your pocket for client meeting can hamper your expenses) 5. Enhance Gossiping Skills (FYI men here gossip more than women) 6. Adds a new skill to your CV- Boot Licking (Impressing Management without work)

Pros

They have some really good clients.

Cons

There is a strong culture of office politics. They get really petty and stingy with salary and compensations.

Pros

Your coworkers will be nice and talented.

Cons

1. Hardly any processes. Strategy and content happen side by side so the pitch deck looks like it is taped together later. 2. One of the associate account directors is extremely rude and aggressive. The leadership justified his attitude, but let's be real, if it was anyone else they would not tolerate it. 3. Most of the leadership is busy playing favourites and defending their favourite people and teams no matter how much they mess up. 4. The senior leadership doesn't believe in mentorship. Only the design team holds learning sessions. If you don't know something, you are just left to figure out by yourself. 5. They will make big promises about so many things but when it comes to delivering them, they will tell you that you aren't ready for them. 6. There is no work life balance. You are expected to work on weekends. 7. ZERO appreciation from senior leadership. You will hear your praise from clients but never from the amateurs who sit like elites in corner of the office.
