Only the design team holds learning sessions. If you don't know something, you are just left to figure out by yourself. 5. They will make big promises about so many things but when it comes to delivering them, they will tell you that you aren't ready for them. 6. There is no work life balance. You are expected to work on weekends. 7. ZERO appreciation from senior leadership. You will hear your praise from clients but never from the amateurs who sit like elites in corner of the office.
