Pros
They do excellent work when dealing with customers and making sure customers are taken care of. I do believe the company has great intentions when it comes to meeting their clients' needs.
Cons
The company review process is such that even if you do major improvements to the company that benefit everyone, if you get a poor rating on one area then it can balloon to other areas of the review and then you end up getting no raise because of it. The upper management protects those that are "in" so they get special treatment and if one screws up, the others cover and place blame on lower employees. In some departments turn-over is so high, they don't seem to see the cause of that turn-over.
