Lots of room for growth and opportunity to learn - in your own department or across others. Great for tech experience and all in-house programming, so you can learn a lot. Fun company events spread out through the year. Down to earth people. Comfortable office environment.
Cons
Starting pay is low is really the only kicker. Annual performance reviews and merit increases are common though.
