      Pros

      A workplace that is supportive, and engaging and makes coming to work every day easy! It's a small company, but they have a great company culture!

      Cons

      There are a lot of different business units involved within the company, so you could be working within several different channels of the business at once! Not too much of a con, but good to know about.

      Extremely family oriented, flexible, and fun culture. Employees throughout have a huge passion and excitement for the company's work. The owners are in the trenches and work hard along side their employees.

      Cons

      I can not think of a single con working for this company.

      Sod Solutions is an innovative and forward thinking company that is in growth mode. Management is forward thinking and products are industry leading. It is a family business and great place to work.

      Cons

      Not many, but because the business is small and family owned employees must be jacks of all trades.
