      None worth mentioning. Basic salary payment appears to be the only functioning process.

      HR does not respond unless forced. Management stays silent when accountability is required. Exit formalities are delayed without explanation. Statutory processes are not initiated proactively. Employees have to beg for their own documents. Questions are ignored instead of answered. Silence is used as a strategy. Professionalism is claimed but not practiced. Serious lack of ethics, transparency, and basic courtesy.

      Everyone that works here in the NY office is great to work with. they really believe in their product.

      Pros

      I worked for the organization for 2 years and I can describe my experience in just word- Amazing. It was a delight working there amidst other creative minds in the designing team. Not only did I take care of many projects that added greatly to my resume but I also got a chance to learn new skills to take my knowledge to the next level. The team mates maintained a joyous atmosphere in the office and our new ideas were welcome, often implemented after brainstorming. Openness to new ideas and cooperative working within the team.
