Upper management is tone deaf, trying to rebrand their way out of poor management and low revenue.
Supervisors have their hands tied and can not override poor decision making from upper management.
Supervisors are often not even around to respond to key issues.
When good advice is offered, it's almost never taken.
Issues get shoved under the rug and the employees are left feeling guilty for it.
Company does not share extent of security concerns with their customers.
Company doesn't implement fixes for problems in timely fashion.
