      Family like environment, nice casual people overall, salary and benefits not too bad at all. Good work life balance here.

      Your benefits and treatment will depend much on your manager too. Management will look mostly to the manager for advise to lead the company

      Sharing and coaching from your direct bosses . Your contribution and effort are seen and appreciated by your managements . If you are learning and wanted to learn more . This is a good place to start

      Cons

      Coy resources are sacred cos of its size .Not everyone will get what they want . You must know how to justify for yourself if you want it . It's fair but it tough .
