Pros

Remote work Salaries were paid monthly without delays HR brand Holidays merch Insurance Sport compensation

Cons

I was very surprised by the company's rating - it's completely inadequate. As has been said repeatedly before - bureaucracy, poor management (especially, concerning internal projects), and as if it's not enough, truly the cherry on top - the quality of projects/customers

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for highlighting our strengths, such as remote work, salary stability, and our benefits package including insurance and holiday merch. We are pleased that these aspects of working at SoftTeco were valued. Regarding your points on management and projects, we recognize that individual professional experiences and expectations can differ. We intentionally maintain a flat organizational structure where bureaucracy is kept to a minimum, and our CEO remains open to direct dialogue with any employee. Regarding our internal projects, these represent a key strategic direction for us, focused on automating and optimizing our internal workflows. It is important to recognize that the perception of a project's "quality" is often subjective; what one person finds routine, another may see as a valuable challenge. SoftTeco maintains a very diverse project portfolio, and the allocation to complex, high-tech tasks involving our top engineers is always based on qualification, experience, and how well a specialist's skills align with a client's specific requirements. It is possible that working on internal or training tasks during a specific period did not allow you to see the full depth and variety of our project offerings. If you would like to discuss the details of your experience more specifically, please email us at hr@softteco.com for further dialogue. Thank you for the time you spent with our team, and we wish you the best of luck in your future career.

Pros

It’s always tricky when a marketer writes a review about their own IT company, you might expect a polished sales pitch full of buzzwords. Ironically, SoftTeco doesn’t really need one. The strongest argument in its favor is the people (the atmosphere here is built on trust, openness and genuine care). From day one, you feel included in the company’s processes (not just as an employee but as a valued contributor). Colleagues are not only highly qualified professionals but also incredibly responsive, always ready to help, guide or simply check in on how you’re doing. It’s not just about your performance it’s about you as a person. At the same time, the company creates every condition for professional growth. Opportunities to learn, improve and tackle new challenges come naturally. SoftTeco never stands still, there’s always a new, interesting project around the corner, which keeps work engaging. Of course, no company is perfect and if someone is dissatisfied, I’m convinced it’s a rare case where personal nuances played a big role. For the vast majority, this is a workplace where you are trusted, appreciated and given all the conditions to succeed not only in your career but in achieving real professional fulfillment. In short: if you’re looking for a place where you are both cared for and challenged, SoftTeco is exactly that!

Cons

If there are any, I probably didn’t notice them.
